John and I finally finished our rehab of our second investment property that we plan to flip. Our original timeline of 2 weeks became 4 weeks due to a few unexpected things that came up. Needless to say though, we are very pleased with the outcome. As promised, here are some before and after shots of the property...

That looks AMAZING! I am so proud of you guys and all that you do! Happy Birthday John!!! I love the pictures, it is shocking the before and after. I can not believe I was just there about two weeks ago and it look so different!

Wow you guys are amazing. So do you guys hire people to do all the work or do you do it yourselves. I know on the TV some people hire teams to do it, is that what you do? Way to go!!!
Mandy- John does hire people to help with a lot of the work like laying the tile, carpet, installing cabinets, etc.
We do a lot of the work ourselves too like, painting, cleaning, staging, landscaping etc. It's enough to keep everyone busy for a couple of weeks, that's for sure!
You guys are good. Will you flip my house right now? Its a rental but I am sure Derrik won't mind. I can't believe the change. Good work!
That is really cool! YOu guys are living the shows I watch on HGTV! ha ha...Have you ever seen "Flipping Out"? It's on Bravo--but I don't think they have any new episodes...I recorded the marathon of it...it is a really good show! It is about an OCD guy who flips high end homes--but anyways, good job! I love it!

Emily- I've seen "Flipping Out" on Bravo. That guy is pretty crazy! We like the show a lot though! Did you see the one where his cat got acupuncture? Poor cat! I felt so bad for him!
