Movie rental/ purchase of the month: Enchanted

I have to tell you how much I LOVE this movie! I just bought it last weekend and I've watched it like four or five times since! It's a delightful movie. A magical experience for all ages! I'm 25 and love it every bit as much as my friend's five year old daughter! Good work Disney!

Have we flipped out???

We just finished our third flip which we will put on the market this week and we're in the process of renovating our fourth, which we plan to finish by the end of April. Are we completely nutso? Sometimes I wonder if all this HGTV we watch is going to our heads! The real estate market here has been WAY DOWN. It's getting a little better than about six months ago but still terrible nonetheless! Yet we still think we can flip! We'll see if anyone wants to buy our houses. Here are some pictures of the property we just finished. I'm in LOVE with the kitchen and the dining room of this house! I think those are the two rooms that are going to sell it for us! If we don't sell this house in 60 days, we'll rent it out instead. (Same plan for the next one). We'll see how we do. Now who wants to move to Florida and buy this house???

This Little Piggy Went To Prada

What a great and unexpected title for a book of nursery rhymes! In case you can't read that EXTREMELY small print at the bottom of the cover it says "Nursery Rhymes for the Blahnik Brigade". How hilarious is that! I'm picturing little two year old fashionistas running around in Manolos!

I saw this book at one of my FAVORITE stores today, Anthropologie. My DIVA cousin Kristin introduced me to this store back when we were both spoiled college students and could afford the rather steep prices (because our parents were paying!). Now that I'm a poor married woman, I can't afford ANYTHING in there, but I still like to go in there every now and again to just browse and hope for a good sale. :) It's such a great store. In case you haven't been in one, here are a few things you can expect to see in Anthropologie...

Time Out For Women

This weekend, I had the opportunity to attend Time Out For Women, a women's workshop that's hosted each year, across the country by Deseret Book. It was fabulous! The girls and I discovered Time Out For Women last year and we LOVED IT and decided to make it a yearly event for us! This years theme was "Living a joyful life". It was so uplifting and wonderful! I definitely needed this right now! I feel rejuvenated from hearing the wonderful speakers like Sheri Dew, Wendy Watson Nelson, Hillary Weeks, Cherie Call and many others. Check out the Web site to find a Time Out For Women in a city near you. We had to drive to Tallahassee this year (about two and a half hours from Jacksonville) so we decided to go up there for the weekend. We had so much fun!
