Real Estate Investment Project #9: Before and After

Most of you know, John is fast becoming a little real estate tycoon! We did several flips last year and the year before but when real estate sales took a NOSE DIVE, we decided to focus on more long term investments- rental properties. We bought this great house a few months ago for a great deal (it was a foreclosure). It's almost 4,000 sq. ft. It has 6 bedrooms, 3 baths, a pool in the back yard, and it's in a cute neighborhood in Arlington. It just needed a lot of work. John was up for the challenge! We took some before and after pics and they are pretty dramatic! Take a look...

The house.

We plan to paint and do more landscaping as time goes on.

We already have 3 of the 6 rooms rented out. We literally just finished it this past weekend and we already had 3 renters before it was even done. The rental market is really strong right now. But don't go trying to sell anything! It's dead in the water!

Good day, sun shines!
There have were times of troubles when I didn't know about opportunities of getting high yields on investments. I was a dump and downright pessimistic person.
I have never imagined that there weren't any need in large starting capital.
Now, I feel good, I started to get real income.
It's all about how to select a correct companion who utilizes your funds in a right way - that is incorporate it in real deals, parts and divides the income with me.

You can ask, if there are such firms? I have to tell the truth, YES, there are. Please be informed of one of them:
